Costume jewelry shop

I’ve visited a few times for a couple different events and they’ve always been able to help and find unique pieces and put together new ideas with me. It’s my first stop for any costuming, accessories needs and just a creative little playground for me

The attention and care they put into their engagement rings are remarkable. I found a ring that symbolizes our love perfectly.

After waiting two years to see our family (due ro covid) We needed to have a professional crayon painting framed. A snake had taken their family pet. We were extremely fortunate to find Denmark picture Framing. Magnificent result, The owners were helpful caing & kind. Their workmanship using double glass was a credit to them We know the family will treasure their painting.. We will visit their gift shop next time we are in Denmark. They have magnificent gifts. The staff are alert and efficient. The range is impressive. Ladies can find corsets, good quality denim skirts and fairy-like skirts here. With the aid of a particularly helpful store assistant, I found a gorgeous golden chain top. I am traveling and I will return to the shop again before I depart. Highly recommended.

Great shop with very pleasant staff

A poor experience. Salesman clumsy with my prospective delicate earrings, dropping them more than once & manhandling when shoving them into a box. Visited the store the day before & asked the assistant to put them by till next morning as it was the last pair. She cheerfully agreed & I gave her my name. I returned 1st thing the next day to find them still on display. I would have preferred to have been told that they don't put aside rather than risk driving long distance again to find them having been sold! Very disingenuous.

They helped me find a unique and stunning engagement ring. Their expertise and personalized service made all the difference.

Upon entering the store I was greeted by Christina (#7) who was very friendly,extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the items that were for sale in her store.As far as customer service goes, Christina would be a 10/10, for any store owners or bosses who haveemployee's with a bad attitude and can't be bothered because everything is to hard and they just 'don't really care', do yourselves a favour and take them for a visit to Blackbox Jeweller's Joondalup and see how they feel after they spend five minutes observing how to treat a customer, Christina is a credit to the company she works for and they should be grateful for such a dedicated employee who is willing to do the extra without thinking twice about it.

I went in for a tiara and ended up having the best afternoon browsing around and trying things on. The shopkeeper, I didn’t catch her name, was awesome she was so helpful and made the experience truely special. I will be coming back for any costume needs!
